Indications: Cold in the head, acute catarrh, rattling hollow cough, painful respiration, pain in chest & bronchitis.

Composition: Ferrum phosphoricum 3x, Kalium muriaticum 3x, Magnesium phosphoricum 3x, Natrum muriaticum 6x, and Natrum sulphuricum 3x, in equal proportion.

Magnesium phosphoricum: It is an antispasmodic medicine covering neuralgic pains and cough problems of neuralgic origin. Asthmatic oppression of chest, spasmodic cough, whooping cough, voice hoarse, larynx sore and raw. It helps in intercostal neuralgia.

Natrum muriaticum: It is indicated for cold and cough accompanied by headache, chest pain, shortness of breath. To some extent, it is helpful in whooping cough as well.

Natrum sulphuricum: It is indicated for difficult breathing and must hold chest when coughing. Humid asthma, rattling in early morning - cough, thick ropy & greenish.
